A six-week founding group for busy professionals who want to feel like themselves again. Because this is the very first cohort, it is free of charge, and in return I ask for your honest feedback or, if it feels right to you, a short testimonial once we finish. We start at the end of October, and we will set the exact dates together as a group.
If your workdays have been ending with nothing left for the people you love, and you keep telling yourself things will ease up once this project ships, I know that stretch well. I spent over ten years in tech with Slack and Teams always on, and burnout crept up on me slowly enough that I barely noticed it happening.
This group gives you six weeks to slow down long enough to notice what your body has been telling you, alongside a handful of people who understand exactly what that feels like. As one of the first people through it, you will also help shape how I run it for everyone who joins after you.
How it works
Everyone who joins comes in with a different life, a different body, and a different version of tired, so the six weeks bend around you. You set your own pace, you choose your own focus, and you leave with your own set of tools, many of them picked up from the other people in the room.
I will be there every week as your guide and accountability partner. That means checking in, celebrating the small wins with you, and staying with you through the weeks that do not go to plan.
Each session is a confidential space where you can show up exactly as you are and talk about what you are carrying. I ask questions, and you find the answers that fit your life. Hearing how a product manager or an engineering lead is handling the same 3 a.m. wake-ups often teaches you as much as anything I could say.
I am keeping the group to six people so there is room for everyone to speak and be heard every week.
Here is what the six weeks look like.
-
week1
Foundations
We start with where you are right now. You will map out your vision and your core values before we talk about a single habit, because goals anchored in what matters to you hold up much better when work gets stressful.
-
weeks2‑3
Sleep and nutrition
We look at your sleep and what is on your plate, and at how closely the two affect each other. You will pick one small thing to test, the way you would run an experiment, and bring back what you noticed.
-
weeks4‑5
Stress and movement
We practice short breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques you can use in the middle of a hard meeting, and we find ways of moving that fit into a real workday.
-
Thanksgiving week off
-
week6
Integration
After a week off for Thanksgiving, we come back together to look at what worked, what did not, and what you want to keep doing once the group ends.

then1:1
Your individual wrap-up in December
Each person gets a one-on-one session with me to look at your own progress and plan your next steps, and everything finishes well before the holidays.
This group might be for you
You might recognize yourself here if you wake up already tired, crash around 2 or 3 in the afternoon, or lie awake replaying the day’s Slack threads. You might also be earlier in the process and simply want to catch the signs before they turn into something harder to climb out of. Either way, you are welcome exactly as you are.
I learned about burnout the hard way
I am Oksana, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. Before coaching, I spent over ten years in tech as a technical writer and marketer, and I loved that work right up until it started wearing something down in me. I built this group around what I wish I had back then: people who understood, and room to figure out what my own body needed.
I would love to hear from you
If this sounds like what you have been needing, the interest form takes a few minutes. I will reach out personally to set up a short conversation so we can both see whether the group is a good fit for you.
Would you like to join the founding group?
