Or, as my friends call me, Oksi.

My journey into health began with a simple question: what can we truly control when it comes to our well-being?

Do you remember the reappraisal of values that came in the wake of the 2020 pandemic? That moment when the world paused, and we were forced to ask what really matters? For me, it ignited something deep, a passion for mental and physical well-being that I just cannot ignore.

One day it simply struck me. Here was this virus no one fully understood, no clear cure in sight. And I thought: I may not control the world, but I can strengthen my body. I can support my immune system. I can take responsibility for what’s within my reach.

That sparked a journey into functional medicine: a systems-based approach that asks better questions, traces symptoms to their root cause, and looks at the body as an interconnected whole.

What started as personal healing became a passion I wanted to share.

I learned that true transformation happens when we understand not just the “why” behind our symptoms, but also the values and strengths that drive us forward.

What is functional medicine?

Functional Medicine takes a different approach. Instead of addressing symptoms one at a time, we look at your whole picture. We explore your sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, stress, and history. We ask why things are happening, because the symptoms you notice are often just signals from a deeper imbalance.
